SKIM THOUGHTS

As an action, you learn the surface thoughts and emotional state of a creature within your telepathic range.
THOUGHT GLOBULE
PSIONIC, TELEPATHY, POWER 0
As an action, you concentrate on a thought or memory and excrete a 3 by 3 inch globule of mucus from one of your facial ducts. This globule contains the thought or memory, and anyone with telepathy can link with the globule to gain the information it contains.
DETECT PSIONICS
PSIONIC, CLAIRSENTIENCE, POWER 1
As a bonus action or reaction, you can attune a sense of your choice to the auras of psionic effects. For up to ten minutes, you can sense the Power and science of any effect within the range of that sense.
If the effect is either one you already know, or is a slight variation of the same Power, you identify the exact effect.
You may also attempt a psykana check vs. 6+Power to determine the exact effect.
BRAIN DELVE

As an action, you deal d4 Will stress to a creature within your telepathic range that you have used skim thoughts on in the last minute. If it is wounded by this ability, for one minute you can learn its reasoning and motivations for things it’s thinking about.
