As an action, you use your finger to transcribe an idea, memory, or message onto a surface as a fractal rune measuring no more than three inches in diameter. You may also use this ability to receive whatever information is contained in such a rune.

TELESCRIPT
ARCANE, CONJURATION, POWER 0
As an action, you can cause a message you’re holding of up to eighty words that you’ve written in dwarvish on a flammable medium to turn to ash in a puff of smoke. At an exact location within ten miles of you, the message that was written on the paper is played in your voice at a volume you’re capable of speaking at.

As an action, you wave an open hand across a surface with writing (one flat face; a page of paper counts as a surface, but a sheet does not) to either translate, encode, or decode it.
 When translating writing written in a language you’re not competent in, as long as you maintain physical contact with the writing you can read the text normally.
 When encoding writing, you make it unintelligible for anyone except for individuals you designate when you use the ability. The difficulty to decode it (through use of this ability or one like it) is equal to 6+Arcana.
 When decoding writing, you make an arcana check against the difficulty of the encoded script. If you succeed, as long as you maintain physical contact with the writing you can read the text normally.
